About Us

The Rotherham Ear Care centre and Audiology department provide care for ears and hearing as part of The Rotherham Foundation Trust’s community services based at the Community Health Centre in the centre of Rotherham. There is a large car park for patients and easy access from the bus and rail stations and motorways. Our address and contact details are shown below and are also available by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button in the bar at the top of the page.

We provide ear care clinics in a variety of venues throughout the Rotherham area, home visits, training and education, research, advice and support for both patients and practitioners, health promotion and the sale of specialist ear care instruments. Audiologists provide clinics in both the Rotherham Community Health Centre, the Hospital and home visits. We also provide a new-born screeners service at the hospital and hearing aid repair clinic at the Community Health Centre. A patient steering group and a Tinnitus self-help group meet regularly under our guidance.

Some of the current staff have worked here for over 20 years – a testament to the rewarding work and the strong team spirit which binds us.

We also sell swim plugs, noise plugs and a range of hearing aid accessories.

Our Audiologists provide specialist services to the legal profession and companies whose employees are exposed to high levels of noise.
