Now that you have tried our single-use instruments we should really appreciate some feedback from you. Let us know what you think about them – good and bad. Constructive criticism will always be welcome – an excuse for a moan – not so much!

If you know of equipment which is better and cheaper than ours, then please let us know and we will add it to our list if we think it's suitable. We try to follow up all information about new or alternative products which may help to make your life easier. The 'paper' Noots is a case in point - you need have no worries regarding the transmission of Hepatitis B when using a single-use receiver.

We do apologise most abjectly for the delays which we have experienced in getting certain items of equipment to you during the last 6 months. You wouldn't recognise us now – we haven't a decent head of hair between us! I'm sorry to say that we are still having problems with one particular item but are hopeful that normal service will be resumed in the near future. Unfortunately we have no control over the supply of equipment which is manufactured abroad – as, sadly, most of it is, these days.
